The Clinical Laboratory and Pathology Departments at Hilton Head Regional Healthcare provide inpatient and outpatient diagnostic tests to aid your physician. Our staff consists of medical technologists, medical laboratory technicians, phlebotomists and support staff. Our board-certified pathologists oversee the acquisition and analysis of patient blood and body fluid specimens in a tightly controlled professional environment. Our results are reported to the clinician through a sophisticated information system.
Patients are asked to report to Registration on the second floor of the Medical Pavilion before presenting to the Laboratory.
Bluffton Medical Campus Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
If your tests require you to be fasting, you should be fasting at the minimum from midnight of the night before. Some tests require longer fasting hours, please consult with your physician. If you are diabetic, you should take your medication as scheduled.
