Diabetes Self-Management Program

Diabetes management is important for people with heart disease. The two conditions are often concurrent. Successful diabetes management can help you feel better and may reduce the risk of problems that can occur from diabetes. Hilton Head Regional Healthcare's goal is to help people live a healthy and full life and that is why we offer our Diabetes Self-Management Program at our Hilton Head Hospital location.
