Our comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program is designed for patients who:
Have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease
Have experienced a cardiovascular event (like a heart attack) or congenital heart disease
Have undergone treatment, such as coronary artery bypass graft surgery, valve surgery, angioplasty/stent
Are at high risk for developing cardiovascular disease or suffer from stable angina
This three-phase program will help you rebuild your physiological, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing, and it includes:
Smoking cessation assistance
Nutritional education and monitoring
Risk factor counseling
Vocational evaluation
Behavioral modification
Exercise therapy
Stress management
Diabetes management
Weight control
A physician’s referral is necessary to enroll in the program.
