Gift Shops
Helping you show support
If you’ve ever received treatment at a hospital, you know the importance of every gesture. Our patient-first approach to care doesn’t end in the hospital room. We realize the importance of supportive friends and family in the treatment process.
A gift can be a great way to show your friend or loved one you’re thinking of them. Our Auxiliary Gift Shops at Hilton Head Hospital and Coastal Carolina Hospital make it easy to send gifts to a patient. We offer a range of options for gift giving, from fresh flowers and stuffed animals to baby gifts and toiletries from the Gift Shops in both of our hospitals.

The Hospital Auxiliary
The Hospital Auxiliary has served Hilton Head Hospital since 1974. It is also proud to serve Coastal Carolina Hospital. Men, women and young adults contribute thousands of hours to various departments and community programs. All aspects of the Auxiliary focus on meeting the needs of the patients and the community.
The Auxiliary sponsors the Hospital Gift Shops and the "Trolley" at Hilton Head Hospital, the campus transport golf cart. The Auxiliary Caring Touch (ACT) program assists patients of both the hospital and Volunteers in Medicine who are without sufficient resources to meet certain health needs. The Auxiliary provides hand-knit baby caps to new mothers and patient educational materials for breast cancer patients. In addition, the Auxiliary provides scholarships to local residents who wish to pursue healthcare careers.
