Hilton Head Regional Healthcare is hosting a variety of events to say thank you to all of the hospital’s employees.
May 6-12 is National Hospital Week, the nation’s largest healthcare event. This week is the celebration of the history, technology, innovation and dedicated individuals in the healthcare industry. This week also marks National Nurses Week., which aims to raise awareness of the important role nurses play in society.
Hilton Head Regional Healthcare is celebrating in its own way by hosting events at Hilton Head Hospital and Coastal Carolina Hospital throughout the week, including:
- Kona Ice for employees!
- Chair Massages and BBQ lunches!
- Doughnut Deliveries!
- Dunk Tank!
- Cereal Drive Kickoff, and more!
“National Hospital Week gives us all the opportunity to appreciate the hard work and dedication of each employee in the health system,” said Jeremy Clark, market chief executive officer of Hilton Head Regional Healthcare. “Everything we do for our patients, colleagues and visitors is a team effort and we are very fortunate to have a great team at both Hilton Head Hospital and Coastal Carolina Hospital!”
We will share photos from these activities throughout the week! Today’s photo is from the first Kona Ice stop at Hilton Head Hospital. Kona Ice will make its next stop at Coastal Carolina Hospital this Friday.
