Hilton Head Hospital recently appointed Dr. Andrew “Drew” Matthews as Emergency Department Medical Director effective Sept. 6, 2023. He has more than 25 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, leading a variety of Emergency Departments in the Southeast and Midwest. Dr. Matthews joins the Hilton Head team from Boston, MA, where he recently completed an Emergency Medicine Services Fellowship.
