Hardeeville, South Carolina -- Coastal Carolina Hospital recently celebrated the last days of summer by creating a fun, beach-themed backdrop and props to show off the precious newborns. Costumes included a “beach bum” and sea turtle. Parents were excited to have their babies treated to a special photo shoot.

“The birth of a baby is already a memorable time for families, but we wanted to add to the experience by giving parents the chance to get some special photos that will serve as a keepsake and fun, sweet memory,” said Erica Kubicki, Registered Nurse in the nursery at Coastal Carolina Hospital, who helped coordinate the photo shoot. “We plan to do something similar for other seasons and holidays, such as Halloween,” she added.
