Mark T. O'Neil, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer Mark O’Neil, president of Hilton Head Regional Healthcare is responsible for all strategic, operational and clinical activities for Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Hospital and the Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center. Prior to moving to Hilton Head Island, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of Catholic Health East in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. As COO, he coordinated operations for more than 100 health care facilities in 11 states with an annual operating budget of $4.6 billion.

Elaine Hastings, R.N., Chief Nursing Officer
Elaine Hastings, R.N., Chief Nursing Officer A veteran nurse administrator with more than 30 years of experience, Hastings understands the daily demands and challenges of patient care. She joined Hilton Head Hospital in May and is working to positively impact patient care. Hastings moved to Hilton Head Island from Elgin, Il., where she was vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer for Sherman Health Systems

Dean Turner, Chief Operating Officer
Dean Turner, Chief Operating Officer Turner joins Hilton Head Hospital from Quorum Health Resources, LLC in Brentwood, TN, as Regional Associate Vice President, a healthcare management consulting firm, delivering operational, financial and strategic recommendations and hands-on implementation to hospitals. Prior to this role, he worked for Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, Colorado as Chief Executive Officer.
At Hilton Head Hospital, Turner will oversee all internal hospital operations including contracts management and the network of primary and urgent care centers.

Brad Talbert, FACHE, VP Business Development
Brad Talbert, FACHE, VP Business Development Brad has more than 10 years in hospital and health system management experience and most recently was Chief Executive Officer at Kindred Hospital in Charleston, SC. At HHRH, Brad will oversee all network development, physician relations/recruitment and strategy development for Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Hospital and Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center.
Board Certified in Healthcare Management, Brad is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Darlene Nester, Chief Human Resources Officer
Darlene Nester, Chief Human Resources Officer Having a strong team of employees is significant to patient care. Nester heads our human resources department, making sure we have well-qualified and competent employees to deliver quality care to our patients. She has been in our human resources office for more than six years, bringing a wealth of skills to her position.

Angie Swearingen, Market Chief Financial Officer
Angie Swearingen, Market, Chief Financial OfficerAngie Swearingen, Market CFO, oversees all company accounting practices and directs the financial strategy, planning and forecasts for Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Hospital, and Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center.
Angie received her bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Marshall University, Huntington, WV. She is a member of the Health Financial Management Association.
