Judy Baumgart, M.D., anesthesia.  She earned her medical degree from University of California, Los Angeles and completed internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and an anesthesia residency at University of California, Los Angeles.  She is board certified through the American Board of Anesthesia.

Mark R. Brady, M.D. internal medicine-Hospitalist care.  He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma Health Sciences Center completed residency in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola, NY.  He completed a pulmonary and critical care fellowship also at Winthrop University.  Dr. Brady is a Lieutenant Commander, United States Naval Reserve, Marine Corp previously assigned to Naval Hospital Bethesda.   

Katherine Price Coley, MD, obstetrics/gynecology.  Dr. Coley earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, and was a dean’s scholar.  She completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York, NY Weill-Cornell School of Medicine.

Frank Hart, M.D., internal medicine has returned to the active medical staff at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.  Dr. Hart was a medical staff member from 1984- 2000, during which time he held positions of president and chairman of the medical staff.   He earned his medical degree and completed an internship and residency from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center in Oklahoma City, OK.  Dr. Hart is board certified though the American Society of Internal Medicine.

Kristen Nelson Innes, M.D., obstetrics/gynecology.  Dr. Innes earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia.  She completed internship and residency at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, TX where she was chief resident, receiving the William K. Strother award for academic achievement.

Benjamin J. Kessler, D.O., internal medicine-Hospitalist care.  He earned his medical degree from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed internship and residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah, GA.  Dr. Kessler is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Susan B. McElroy, D.O., anesthesiology.  Dr. McElroy earned her doctor of osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an osteopathic internship at Charles E. Still Hospital, Jefferson City, MS.  Residency training in pediatrics at University of Cleveland Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, Cleveland, OH, family practice residency at Meridia Southpointe Hospital, Warrensville, Heights, OH and an anesthesia residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital.  Dr. McElroy is board certified with the American Board of Anesthesiologists, American Osteopathic Board of General Practice and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.

Stephen J. O’Connor, M.D., emergency medicine.  He earned his medical degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine and completed residency in emergency medicine at Cooper Hospital-University Medical Center, Camden, NJ.  Dr. O’Connor is board certified with the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Kenneth Rice, M.D., emergency medicine.  He earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed an emergency medicine residency at Butterworth Hospital (now Spectrum Health/Michigan State University).  Dr. Rice is board certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Patrick J. Snowman, M.D., AAEM, emergency medicine.  He received his medical degree and completed an emergency medicine residency from Allegheny University, Medical College of Pennsylvania.  Dr. Snowman was the medical director at Gateway Community Hospital in Clarksville, TN and also a Major, U.S. Army Medical Corp, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Emergency Center in Fort Campbell, KY.  Dr. Snowman holds the honor of being named a fellow, American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

Annette Nimmer Thomas, MD, pediatrics.  She earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed internship and residency in pediatrics at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC.  Dr. Thomas is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.  She is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics.
