Hilton Head Island, SC – Hilton Head Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of two new directors to its leadership team, Ms. Doris L. Parks, RN, BSN, director of the Women’s Center, labor and delivery unit and Ms. Jane McKee, vice-president Physician Relations.
Parks comes to Hilton Head after completing a 15-year U.S. Army Career, where she gained extensive experience and professional skills in obstetrics/gynecology, medical/surgical and clinical areas. Parks earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Norfolk State University and her masters of science degree in Nursing from State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nursing (AWHONN) and 82nd Airborne Association member. She is a certified lactation consultant.
Jane McKee returns to Hilton Head Regional Medical Center as vice president physician relations where she will provide a personal communication link between Hilton Head Regional Medical Center and physicians in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and surrounding regional area. McKee earned her masters degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University and a bachelor of science degree in medical record administration from University of Tennessee. She also earned a bachelor of business administration in marketing from East Tennessee State University. Previously she was the director of health information management systems for both the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.
