Nearly 35 million people visit the HealthGrades Web site each year looking for information about health care providers, including hospitals and physicians. Nearly all licensed physicians practicing in the United States are included on the HealthGrades Web site.
Why is this important? Because more and more often, consumers are evaluating research and quality information before choosing a physician. And as part of our recently announced agreement with HealthGrades, consumers can now access Hilton Head Regional Medical Center affiliated physician reports free of charge.
Not only will you see basic information about the physicians, but additional information such as their pictures, education areas of clinical specialty and accepted insurance plans; and the ability to make an appointment online may be available for physicians who have chosen to enhance their profiles.

Visit www.healthgrades.com. When you perform a physician search by “City & State/Specialty,” a list of all Tenet affiliated physicians will appear. Simply click on the “Get a Free Report” button under their names! This is just one more way we are working to prove our commitment to quality and to our community.
