Hilton Head Regional Medical Center opened its new Primary & Urgent Care Center at One Burnt Church Road in Bluffton, another tribute to their ongoing dedication to serve the growing healthcare requirements of the community.
The facility is designed to meet the healthcare needs of the entire family. You don’t need an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. The facility offers wellness check-ups, school physicals, lab work, sports injury treatments and X-rays.
“One of our key goals at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center is to help our community access convenient and quality healthcare whether it’s on Hilton Head Island or in Bluffton. We are doing just that with the opening of this new primary and urgent care center which is a compliment to our services provided at the Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center,” said Elizabeth Lamkin, President and CEO of HHRMC. “We’re very excited to have Dr. Patel as a member of the Hilton Head Regional Medical Center and local community, there has already been very positive feedback from his patients” said Lamkin.”
The opening of the new Primary & Urgent Care Center has also given rise to a new Art of Care and Community initiative that will kickoff with a special piece by local artist Amos Hummell–a resident of Bluffton’s Calhoun Street Art Scene for more than 20-years. “Since we began, HHRMC has embraced and been inspired by the local community,” said Lamkin. “The Art of Care and Community initiative grew out of our desire to both better recognize our sense of local pride while nurturing the area’s artistic community.” |
